• STG-3 is a viscous grease. It is used in cases where conventional greases disperse due to centrifugal force or rapid air speed. It adheres firmly to metal surfaces like sticky candy, and does not disperse even under centrifugal force. In addition to the above, STG-3 has superior lubrication performance and various other characteristics.

• Places where grease may be dispersed from sliding surfaces due to centrifugal force etc.

• Places where grease is likely to disperse due to high-speed airflow from nozzles etc.

• Places where oil film shortage is likely to occur, such as open gears

• ・Small equipment with small sliding drive torque, in which large viscosity prevents smooth operation.

• ・Locations that are sliding at high speed (adhesiveness becomes resistance to sliding motion, and phenomena such as heat generation and a slight increase in power may be seen.)

• ・The upper limit of the sliding speed is about 100 m / min, but this varies depending on the load and temperature.

• ・Not suitable for long-term use in environments exceeding around 80°C. The viscosity gradually decreases and it begins to disperse.
